A local man has been found not criminally responsible for a drunk driving charge, because he was found to suffer from delusions, and he believed that Shania Twain was telepathically helping him drive.
I dunno... I suspect they haven't even contacted Shania Twain. Do they really have the whole story? I think she needs, at least, to be brought in for questioning. Don't you think she looks a bit shady? Look at that insincere smile.
