The aims and objectives of the

Federation of Danish Associations in Canada are:

• to provide Danish Canadian organizations with a national umbrella organization
  
  
• to promote cooperation among Danish Canadian organizations
  
  
• to promote cultural and social activities
  
  
• to promote the preservation and understanding of Danish traditions and heritage
  
  
• to foster the development of a better Canadian society
  
  
• to promote and foster good relations between Canada and Denmark
  
  
• to provide support and assistance to members of the Federation
  
  
• to cooperate with other organizations which have similar objectives
