Vendor/Sponsor Information
Vendor Members:
We both welcome and encourage membership and participation of DB2 related software vendors.
If you represent a software vendor and would like to display product information at one of our meetings,
please contact us ahead of time, to enable us to arrange for table-space.
At our upcoming meeting on Jun 17-Jun 18, 2013, we will be holding an informal reception combined with vendor exhibits.
- The Vendor Expo will be held on Monday Jun 17, from around 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
- Vendors will be able to set up their tables from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
- Refreshments will be served during the event ( menu here ).
- Please Note: We would ask our vendor participants to provide an item for a draw.
- The draws will be made towards the end of the reception at about 6:00pm.
The FEE for a single table is CDN$300 for this meeting.
This includes:
- Skirted table within a 10'x10' booth
- Reception Badges for 2 representatives
- Food and beverages for the above representatives
PLEASE NOTE: A complimentary table will be provided to any vendor that sponsors one of the conference speakers.
Other sponsorship options include refreshment breaks, continental breakfast, and lunch.
