DATA WAREHOUSING & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AT THE ROYAL BANK OF CANADA
This presentation will provide an overview of the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence environment at Royal Bank of Canada.
Sherry will discuss the challenges of implementing, maintaining and growing such an environment.
She will also describe how this environment fits in the Customer Relationship Management processes.
Finally, the presentation will also discuss what the future holds for Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence at the Bank.
Sherry is Manager, Business Intelligence at the Royal Bank. She has previously given this presentation at an IBM executive briefing at the IBM Santa Theresa Lab.

This presentation will deal with various application design and deployment strategies for DB2 for OS/390 as the database server using DB2 Connect.
It will deal with traditional client-server, multi-tier applications, web applications,
and Java development and deployment.
It will explain new features of the DB2 Connect and DB2 for OS/390 products,
and will offer a view of what is about to ship in the upcoming version of the DB2 Connect product.
Leon Katsnelson is Manager, DB Connect Development. He is a regular IDUG presenter, and was voted amongst the top 10 speakers at the IDUG North American Conference in May, 1999.
DB2 FOR OS/390 V6/V5 PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENTS, RESULTS AND IMPLICATIONS
Hari will present an expanded and updated version of his 1999 IDUG Technical Symposium presentation on V6.
With twice the time, he will cover more enhancements in greater detail,
while highlighting those that are available in V5 via APARS and along the way mention some other V6/V5 enhancements.
