HOLLY COLE TRIO: MY FOOLISH HEART (1992) EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS: DIRECTOR: Michael McNamara A one-hour television special that features live concert footage shot at the historical Heritage Theatre in Brampton Ontario, interspersed with personal conversations with Holly and her musicians, in the recording studio with producer Greg Cohen, and visiting friends and family in Nova Scotia. JANE SIBERRY, I MUSE ALOUD (1987) DIRECTOR OF POST-PRODUCTION: Michael McNamara This music documentary special is an intimate portrait of my favorite Canadian singer-songwriter Jane Siberry. The one hour special features scenes from Jane's "Speckless Sky" North American tour, live in-concert footage from Montreal's Le Spectrum Club, excerpts from her music videos, interviews, and revealing behind-the-scenes glimpses of the artist backstage and exclusive footage of Jane at work in the studio during the recording of her album "The Walking". It was produced for TVOntario. Trivia: Bob Blumer, who appears in the documentary as Jane's manager, went on to become a cook book author and illustrator and host of Food Network's "The Surreal Gourmet" and "Glutton for Punishment". In June 2006, Jane Siberry changed her name to Issa.
