QUESTION 1:
What should one do when people comes to your door with teachings that are not according to the word of God?
ANSWER:
It is not hard to guess who these people might be, seeing there are not too many who go from door to door.
This is a good question and has very clear Bible answers. Many listen to everybody, and then they end up in a state of confusion. If they would only listen to sound Bible advise, this would not happen. "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone into the world." 1 John 4:1. There was a definite warning to put them all to the test. Here you will read that the test follows: "Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: And every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world." 1 John 4:2-3. The phrase, "Jesus Christ is come in the flesh," could only mean three things:
